Our corporate training programmes, seminars and conferences are the ideal platform for a sponsor to showcase their products and/or services to the key decision makers within their target market.

Offering an extra return on your investment, your status as a sponsor will entitle you to additional advertising before, during and after the event, and will register your company as sole speaker for one or more days.  You will achieve maximum brand exposure, giving you an advantage over your competitors and positioning you as a market leader who champions training events as a route to professional development.

The sponsorship of the event offers a double return from your investment. Your company is registered as a sole speaker for a minimum of one day and is classified as a sponsor, which entitles it to additional advertising.

As an event sponsor your organisation is able to demonstrate ongoing commitment and support for the event. You will also be able to obtain brand positioning and prominence over competitors who may not be in attendance.

Sponsorship of a conference/forum/seminar

  • Promotion of your organisation from 28 days before the date of the event, and distribution of your promotional material on the day of the event (up to four sheets of A4 or A4 brochure in delegate packs & opportunity to include an A4 double sided promotional insert in delegates’ conference folders);
  • On the day of the event our team will endeavour to  set up meetings for you with any delegates taking part who you may be interested in holding a one-on-one discussion with;
  • Acknowledgement in the event programme as a sponsor – raising your profile;
  • The sponsor will receive details of all delegates in attendance at the event (unless delegates have indicated on their booking form that they do not wish to receive further promotional materials);
  • No other sponsor or exhibitor will be entitled to display any promotional material on the day of your event.

Gala dinner sponsorship

  • The most private and exclusive of the networking opportunities at our events;
  • No other sponsor will be entitled to display material at the Gala dinner;
  • Invitations for six personnel from your organisation;
  • Translators (a maximum of four) provided for your group;
  • A chance to discuss your products and services in a relaxed atmosphere and arrange further meetings with prospective new clients.

Lunch sponsorship

  • Lunch at a restaurant located near the event venue – 1.5 hours allocated for the lunch;
  • Translators (a minimum of two) provided for the group;
  • Invitations for six personnel from your organisation (additional invitations can be arranged upon request);
  • An opportunity for further discussion on the topics covered at the presentations;
  • Connect with potential new clients in a relaxed environment.

Drinks reception sponsorship

  • Held at the event venue, after the final presentation (although not all delegates from the day will be present at the drinks reception);
  • Invitations for six personnel from your organisation;
  • Opportunity to network and discuss the day’s presentations in a relaxed setting.
