The Anglo-Russian Law Association was established as a voluntary membership organisation in 1996 and was registered in England as a company limited by guarantee in September 1997.
 
The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators is a London based membership organisation for arbitrators for the promotion and facilitation of dispute resolution. The Institute is focused primarily upon arbitration, but since the 1990s, it has taken a greater role in relating to training and utilisation of alternative dispute resolution and mediation.
The Institute is registered as a charity in the United Kingdom, and has approximately 11,000 members based in over 100 countries worldwide. The institute was incorporated by Royal Charter.

ARCCI is an independent non-government organisation safeguarding the interests of Russian and American business societies in the USA and  representing over 300 corporate members in the States and in Russia.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (RF CCI)
 
RF CCI is a non-governmental, non-profit organization uniting its members for meeting the tasks and goal objectives set out in the Russian Federation Law on Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the Russian Federation and the Chamber’s own Charter.
 
RF CCI represents the interests of small, medium-size and big business and it encompasses all business sectors, that is, manufacturing, domestic and foreign trade, agriculture, the finance system, and the services.
