Corporate management

There are many diverse corporate governance models around the world. The Anglo-American model tends to prioritise the interests of the shareholders and in itself can be distinctly American or English. The German model would see a heavy presence of banks and other stakeholders as it would give priority to public and state interests. The Japanese model on the other hand is leaning on the common corporate and state interests and displays a complex corporate shareholding structures.

Which model would suit a business in the CIS best?

Our programmes are designed to answer just that very question. Not only will you learn more about the defferent approaches to corporate governance, but also about which model emphasise which particular theme, for example accountability of certain individuals vs economic efficiency, as well as about which model would be more appropriate for a particular goal you are pursuing.
