Business Russian

If Russia is the country where you do business, then Russian is the language you should try and learn. Speaking the native language not only increases your personal business potential and interpersonal skills but also allows you to understand the workings of the Russian society much better.

Our specially designed Business Russian course will help you deal with day-to-day matters in Russia in a confident manner, from filling out an immigration card at the airport, calling a taxi, finding your way in the Metro, registering at a hotel. But furthermore, it will provide you with a wealth of extra-linquistic knowledge, from realities of life in Russia to appropriate etiquette and business protocol. And not to forget, Russian remains the communication language of many CIS companies so speaking it will boost your abilities in most former Soviet territories.

Our 'Understandable Russian' course is based on the communicative approach. You will learn grammar through studying the most frequently encountered business situations. Thus you will grasp the grammar of the language while learning to speak it, rather then by simply memorising the rules and exceptions (of which there is a legion). This method also allows to introduce advanced grammar issues into the study process as you move from simple perception concepts to the more complex ones (for example, from naming objects to describing their positioning and location to describing their actions and movement etc). Every lesson is a basis for one next step into the mastery of the language as they build on the preceeding lesson's knowledge. The 'Understandable Russian' course will submerge you in the atmosphere of the language, helping you absorb the syntax and the structure of the Russian language. The course is specifically designed to target business people with little spare time.

Our courses start from 3-week courses to several months or a year. Along with the Business Russian courses, we also offer courses for children and young people ('Fun Russian').
